Oparaji Timothy is a Management Consultant, Trainer, Public Speaker, Author and Human Capital Development professional with over 5years' experience garnered in the training and public speaking industry. Folusho Titiloye is a Management Consultant and Capacity building professional with over 19 years’ experience garnered across various roles in the Nigerian Financial Services Industry and the Business Information sector in the United Kingdom. He holds a Masters Degree in ‘Information Management and Finance’ from the University of Westminster, London, United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is a fellow of the Trans4m Centre for Integral Development, Geneva, Switzerland and also a fellow of the Lagos based Centre for Integral Social and Economic Research (CISER). He combines multi-disciplinary capabilities to conceptualise, develop and implement strategic business initiatives for organisations. His areas of expertise include Learning and Development, Strategy Development and Implementation, Product Innovation and Management, Customer Segmentation, Customer Value Proposition Development and Implementation, Customer Experience, Personal and Business Banking. He is a trained facilitator, committed to helping organisations and employees attain their potentials. Folusho is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Infinite Miles Limited, a company with business areas in Management Consulting, Training Academy, Technology Development and Business to Business industry events. Dr Godwyns Ade' Agbude

With over 35 publications, Dr Godwyns Ade' AGBUDE, holds B.A & M.A in Philosophy and a PhD in Political Science. He also has 11 Certificates covering areas such as: Leadership, Management, Conflict Studies, Positive Psychology, Entrepreneurship, Scriptwriting; and a Diploma in Drama/Filmmaking. He taught Politics and Leadership courses at Covenant University, Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria till he voluntarily disengaged in pursuit of his vision of building human capacity in the corporate and public sectors. He has spoken and trained over 2,000 people in leadership, management, business intelligence and organizational conflict management. As a trained Philosopher, with focus in Business and Organizational Ethics, Dr Agbude addresses critical areas of organizational behaviour and growth. Dr. Agbude facilitates courses for Chartered Institute of Customer Relationship Management among Corp Members (Corpers). On the platform of his registered institution, CHARIS SCHOOL OF LEADERSHIP AND BUSINESS, he facilitates courses on leadership, business development, conflict intelligence, organizational growth, ethics among others. Olanrewaju A. Wilhelm

Olanrewaju A. Wilhelm bagged a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from the premier University of Ibadan and also holds a MBA in Human Resources Management from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife. He is an associate member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM) and a professional member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Olanrewaju is a passionate change agent who loves to challenge status quo thereby applying innovations to new and existing concepts. He has had a career that spans over fourteen years as Analyst and Human Resources practitioner. His interests include but not limited to Capacity Building, Youth Empowerment, Mentoring and Coaching, Public Speaking, Strategy Development, Project Management and Management Consulting. Lanre has attended various workshops and seminars among which is; Executive Masters Class with Brian Tracy, Total Quality Management, Excellent Service Delivery, Train the Trainer by Centre for Management Development, among others Because of Lanre’s passions for the youth empowerment, he is a member of Wheels of Hope Foundation – a non-governmental organization with the goal of giving hope to the hopeless.
