TRAINING SESSIONS

Our training sessions are meticulously planned by our trainers and are designed in a manner geared toward the maximization of efficiency. Your time is valuable, and so is ours, so our goal is to best prepare you while taking up the least amount of your time possible. Your training will be conducted by five of our trainers over the number of sessions your organization make available to us. Training sessions will comprise of both activities and lectures that will touch on leadership and managerial development skills.

Justification for the training

In the wake of contemporary realities both in the public and the private sectors, continuous skills acquisition has become a foremost prerequisite in achieving organization goals. No organization can effectively fulfil its mission for existence without a healthy workforce. This assertion is in consonance with the popular saying in organizational growth studies that “machines don’t grow organizations, man does”. Man in the generic sense of human beings. Therefore, this training and the subject matters are tailored towards the continuous development of the mental, emotional, behavioural and relational capacities of the workforce which will eventually impart on the overall objective and vision of the organization, in this case our clients.

Methods of Delivery

This training shall employ different styles of lecture delivery in order to enhance the understanding and the comprehension of the trainees. The following shall be used:

 Game method which involves the participation of the trainees.

Duration of the Training

The training will take place as our clients deem it fit. However, in order to give room for robust knowledge transfer, the training is scheduled to occur regularly as the calendar of the firm permits.

Training Venue

We offer two options:
1. Open Course For this, we provide the venue for the training while the delegates travel down to participate in the training.
2. In-house Course This training takes place at the venue provided by our clients. We shall make our facilitators available at the training venue.
